roasting veg tips

 roasting veggies--tips

  • put baking sheets in the oven while it preheats (sears the veg when you add them)
  • hot oven--400 at least
  • veggies cut similar sizes (smaller will cook faster)
  • make sure to use oil on the veggies (tossed) or use a brush to put the oil directly on the pan right before you add the veg (controls the amount of oil used)
  • do not touch the veg for the first 10 minutes--let them sear
  • flip only 1-2 times to get the best texture and outer crust :)
  • season.... season.... season
