Friday: Lattitudes in Howard City.... MMMMMMMM black and blue salad!
Saturday: BBQ pulled pork, Asian Slaw, Au Gratin Muffin Tins, Corn on the Cob, Grapes
Sunday: Fajita Burgers (Thanks Ang for the recipe), Cilantro Lime Rice (?) or Chips, Corn on the Cob (from the neighbors garden), Mardinaded Cucumbers
Monday: Steak, Grilled Veggie Skewers, Roasted Red Skins
Tuesday: Grilled Pork Loin Chops, Wild Rice, Fruit Salad
Wednesday: Turkey Kielbasa, Leftover Rice, Bread, Corn on the Cob
Thursday: meatloaf in muffin tins....and something else :)
Friday: Date Night????
Saturday: Family Dinner at the Farm


Fajita Burgers:
mix burger with fajita seasoning....packet is easiest but i am going to mix with cumin, chilli powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. i might add a tiny (tiny) splash of grapefruit juice

grill burgers as normal

saute or make foil packet of fajita veggies...peppers, onions, perhaps tomato

serve burgers (i am going to toast buns) with veggies on top. i might add pepper jack cheese and salsa too
