crumbled turkey breakfast sausage

freeze in parchment paper 

warm in the microwave

warm black beans (with red wine)
prepare other toppings (avacados....... or dice onions, peppers and onions with turkey kielbasa all sauteed)
warm sauce

sprinkle with your fave cheese (Chihuahua)
