Made a homemade Strawberry Vinaigrette today from homemade freezer jam from Shannon :) MMMMMMM
Warm 1/4 cup strawberry jam in microwave. Mix in some olive oil (1/3 cup?), Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup?), some salt and pepper. I also added a touch of creamed cherry honey (present) and some red wine vinegar.
I served mine over a yellow tomato caprese salad! Yellow tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves with a dash of salt! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
