welcome to the world tucker david! you entered our family on february 11, 2016 at 4:04 pm. i got to meet you the second you arrived. you were quiet and handsome! aunt t fell in love immediately!!!! your mom and dad love you dearly!!!!! tj wanted to meet you but was home with a fever of 103 :( your grandma cathy, grandpa dad, grandma rausch, aunt jen and her friend sam all met you the day you were born. grandpa rausch, uncle josh, cousins jack and luke met you the day after.

you are a beautiful child. blessed to be your auntie!!!!!!

the struggle is real

i am down 22 lbs since christmas eve. i am committed. it is hard. i count every single stinkin' calorie. i log every single "extra" exercise that is out of the norm (yes even cleaning and grocery shopping). i sometimes go to bed "hungry" (yes i do not know the true definition of hunger). i often look at food and think........ oh i wish i was eating that. i love food. it used to define me.

i sit hear typing...watching food tv. drooling over a burger. telling myself my snack was good enough and the 5 oz of wine is perfect. no more is needed. i want more. but i do not NEED more.

no more late night binging.
i will be good to me.
food is not love. food is fuel. it can be enjoyed but it is not meant to be comfort me.
i am good enough.
i am beautiful.
always beautiful
