as suggested from a friend......
a new pizza dough to try
1
packet active dry yeast(2 1/4 tsp.) 1 cup warm water 105-115 1 t. honey
1 T extra-virgin olive oil 3 cups all purpose flour 1 t table salt.
Disolve
the yeast in the water and add the honey. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes,
or until the liquid begins to bubble. Add the olive oil and stir.
Add
Flour and salt to the yeast mixture. I use my food processor and just
add everything in there. you will mix it until the dough starts to ball
up in the mixer and comes away from the side.. Turn the dough onto
clean work surface and knead by hand. The dough should be smooth and
elastic. When pressed it should slowly spring back and not feel tacky.
Transfer
the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, turning once to coat. Cover with
plastic wrap and leave in a warm spot to rise 30-60 minutes. When ready,
the dough will stretch when gently pulled
Then
I roll the dough out on a floured surface you should have two 10-12
inch pizza crust. Put your toppings on them then bake 500 degrees until
crust starts to brown
